Organizational Structure

The structure of the Group retains the same leadership that began operating, organized into two distinct blocks: one dedicated to the control of all participation and development of new business and another, integrating fifty subsidiary companies, managed by partners with interest social therein.

The structure of control and new business development integrates two directions: Financial Control and New Business.

The subsidiaries and scrupulously following the principle of autonomy of each society, the evident synergies in a Group where most sectors is covered, do not require its use, if the “best price” is nor achieved.
