Urbanização OMBAKA

In a land with 100 ha, IGIP´s property, located in one of the most developed area of the city of Benguela (Airport to the south), the urbanization Ombaka provide a total of 3,450 fires for different levels of family income, integrated with all urban conditions as market, sports center, health center, place of worship, restaurants, bars, administrative post and other services.

With partial completion of its infra structure in Dez. 2011 the IGIP forwarded in 2012 with the construction of its first Stage (100 dwellings for the middle class), developing the project in accordance with market demands.

Urbanização FLAMINGO

With 29 hectares dedicated to this project, located on the west entrance of the city of Lobito, the IGIP Group is preparing Flamingo Urbanization, responding to the huge demand for housing, spaces for commerce and services in this region, with a highly dynamic growth and development.

With a total of 340 fires, from high to middle rent, including 90 housing and 250 multifamily housing, as well as 14,000 M2 of office and commercial areas. This urbanization will be a benchmark in the region.

In a square shape land, with 12 ha, located on the way out from Lobito to Luanda and with three fronts (west, north and east) bounded by avenues of easy access, the structure proposed for this development is the following, whose construction is organized in phases, depending on market demands:

Urbanização Pedra do Lagarto

In an 60 hectares area and 8.5 kilometers away from Benguela, on the road connecting this city to the beautiful beaches of Caota, Caotinha and Blue Bay, this urbanization will have the capacity to accommodate 2,150 dwellings in housing units from 3 to 4 floors, providing further of detached villas.

By its size and location, Stone Lizard urbanization will constitute a new city, integrating all urban and social valences to ensure comfort and safety.
